Each participant is responsible for arranging their own air and ground transportation to/from the hotel. The hotel is approximately 8 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport Taxis are available and will cost approximately $20 - $27 to and from the hotel to the airport. Airport Super Shuttle: Transfer from the airport to the hotel is $12 per person. Reservations are not required for transport from the airport to the hotel, but advance pickup arrangements must be secured to travel from the hotel to the airport.
