We regret that the Fairmont block of rooms is no longer available; however, the Opal team has secured an additional block of rooms at Hotel Mirabeau. If you wish to book a room at Hotel Mirabeau, you must return the hotel request form via email or fax along with a valid credit card.

• Rooms are available only to those participants who are registered attendees.
• Rooms will not be guaranteed without a credit card.
• Rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Room types/rates are subject to availability. We do expect to sell out quickly.
• The name on the form will be the name of the guest room.
• The room rate is 269 Euros for a standard room and is inclusive of breakfast and vat fees.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a one night minimum stay.
1 night’s non-refundable deposit is required when making a reservation. Once this form is received,
the below cancellation policy is in effect.
• Participants canceling their entire stay prior to 1 September will forfeit the one night deposit.
• Participants can reduce their stay prior to 1 September with out penalty. 
• After 1 September, a reduction in room nights or canceled rooms will be charged for the entire room stay.
• Name changes are accepted with out charge prior to Friday, 28 September. Beginning Monday, 1 October, name changes to room reservations will incur a fee $25 USD

NO-SHOW POLICY:
If a guest does not check-in on the reserved check-in date (and has not notified the hotel AND Opal Financial Group of any changes), the room will be subject to release. If the room is released, deposits will not be returned and guest credit card will be charged for
the entire stay.

ANY CHANGES MADE AFTER THE INITIAL RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL OR FAX TO OPAL FINANCIAL GROUP.

These rooms will fill up quickly, so please return the hotel form as soon as possible.
