Should you be unable to attend a conference, a prompt refund will be made for cancellations received in writing 45 business days before the start of the event. After 45 business days, registrations may be assigned to a future Opal Financial Group conference. All unpaid invoices will continue to be due for payment
Substitutions may be made up to 24 business hours in advance of the conference. If an event is cancelled, Opal Financial Group is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred. Speakers, agenda and other events are subject to change without notice.
CONFERENCE HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
One night's non-refundable deposit will be charged when making a reservation. Once Opal Financial Group receives your room request, the follow cancellation policy is in effect.
• Participants can reduce their stay prior to 5 weeks without penalty.
• Participants cancelling their entire stay prior to 5 weeks will forfeit the one night deposit.
• After 2 weeks prior to the event, a reduction in room nights or cancelled rooms will be charged for the entire room stay.
• Name changes are accepted without charge prior to 2 weeks before the event. Name changes after this period will incur a fee of $25 USD.
The balance of the hotel reservation will be charged after 5 weeks prior to the event. Upon conclusion of the conference, all reservations will be reviewed and any additional nights to prepaid reservations will be charged to your credit card as well.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
If a guest does not check-in on the reserved check-in date (and has not notified the hotel of any changes), the room will be subject to release. If the room is released, deposits will not be returned and guest credit card will be charged for the entire stay.
For any cancellations made 45 days prior to the start of the event, a credit will be given. Under no circumstances will refunds be given.
